Virtual Assistant Duties and Responsibilities:
-Gather Industry Data and Research
-Schedule meetings and arrange employer’s calendar
-Take notes or transcribe meetings
-Organize Content
-LinkedIn Lead Generation
-CRM Management (Zoho)
-Client Outreach
-Prepare and organize reports
-Handle confidential employer and client information
Skills:
Adept in using Google Suite, Fluent, in speaking and Writing English, Good Communications skills, Organized, Prompt, Responsive, Punctual, Trustworthy / Honest, Professional
Virtual Assistant Requirements and Qualifications:
-Experience Using Zoho CRM
With experience working graveyard
-With experience in lead generation
-Ability to read and write notes in English
-Experience using Google Hangouts and zoom
-Experience with word-processing software and spreadsheets MS Office
-Knowledge of online calendars and scheduling Google Calendar
-Excellent phone,
