Digital Marketing Expert | Full-time & Long-term + Benefits

We specialize in Cybersecurity IT Services and we're looking for the right person to join our team. If you live and breathe digital marketing, we want to talk to you. We are looking for a well-rounded Digital Marketing Expert to develop, implement, track and optimize our digital marketing campaigns across all our digital channels.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Plan and execute all digital marketing, including SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media and display advertising campaigns
• Design, build and maintain our social media presence
• Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs)
• Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on the insights
• Work closely with the CEO to brainstorm new and creative growth strategies
• Plan, execute, and measure experiments and conversion tests
• Collaborate with internal teams to execute plans and manage projects
• Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience and touchpoints
• Evaluate emerging technologies. Provide thought leadership and perspective for adoption where appropriate

REQUIREMENTS:
• Full-time Hours: Available 40 hours per week and not have any other commitments that interfere with a full-time career.
• Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
• Experience: Must have at least 2 years of SEO, Social Media Management and Digital Marketing experience.
• Home Office: Must have a quiet home office with minimal distractions, high-speed internet that supports VOIP, backup Internet and electricity, high-quality noise-canceling USB headset.
