A online Affiliate Network is looking for a dynamic, highly motivated Affiliate Manager to start the marketing and manager our 3 Pepperjam network websites.

Previous experience is not required - the training will be provided, however if you have experience as an affiliate manager i'll be glad to hear about it.

All we need is high motivation sales orientation and commitment!

There will be bonuses on sales.

The position involves:
•Identify, recruit and negotiate with new affiliates and affiliate networks.
•Continues relationship management and cooperation with existing affiliates.
•Meeting monthly goals.
• English High Level .
•Sales and strong negotiation skills experience.
•Online marketing knowhow.
•Internet and Microsoft office knowledge.
•Good negotiator, results oriented,independent, assertive & enthusiastic with
a serious work ethic, thinking out of the box.

• Being able to optimize to enhance the affiliate program promotion (such as getting the affiliate to drive more sales and being his real friend)
• Keeping affiliates up to date on new products and any program enhancements

• Monitoring and reporting on competitors’ affiliate campaigns and promotions
