Admin Virtual Assistant

We are an ecommerce company needing to build our team of virtual workers! We are in search of a motivated virtual assistant to help our purchasing manager with various tasks. The main tasks for the job include searching for items for sale on different online marketplaces and cross referencing the prices on Amazon. Eventually, as we add to the job, you will be communicating offers and negotiating to purchase items.  You will be required to track products and move them through a sales funnel until the purchase is complete and items have been received. You will receive training on this. More detailed instructions to follow.  You should enjoy learning new things and you should be comfortable doing a wide variety of tasks and multitasking as well since we will assign other duties from time to time. 

Required Tools: 
-Reliable fast internet - The job requires a lot of loading of pages, clicking through products and researching things on the internet.  
-able to work 40 hours per week and exclusively for us. 
-a quality smart phone with internet access to use along side home WiFi connection and laptop or desktop computer. (I will explain later). 
-access to a quality US VPN

Beneficial to Have but by no means required. These can be taught to you:
-Second monitor
-ability to work more than 40 hours per week and motivated to learn, earn, and grow with our company. 
-any additional skills you can bring are always welcome.
-Ebay listing
-Amazon Seller Central
-Keepa knowledge

The following skills are required: 
- Product Research
-data entry and tracking
-spoken and written English skills 
- List Generation Skills
-mathematical skills 
- Experience with Microsoft Excel/Google Sheets
- Organization Skills
