REO & BPO Specialist - Default Properties

The job pays based on experienc between $450.00 to $850.00 US dollars per month.
If you have some of the skills but not all, I will consider hiring part time and dividing the job up.

This Job requires excellent English Speaking Skills and the ability to answer calls and route calls.
This Job required that you are already experienced in BPO (Broker Price Opinions) completion, comp pulling, and REO tasking.
Please do not apply if you do not have experience in the REO or BPO field or both.
This is a Full time, long term Real Estate Assistant position, 8 hours a day and you must work on my time zone from 9 am - 5 pm Mon-Fri Mountain Standard Time AZ. Weekend Time will be available as overtime.
This job requires that you have a desktop computer with dual screens and good internet. Video strategy calls are mandatory. You cannot work another job simultaneously with this position, I need someone 100% focused on my business. I have been in business for 21 years as an REO Broker and my company is stable. I need a liazon full time that has a calm, positive yet agressive work ethic. There will be Bonus pay and paid sick/vacation days off after 6 months of employment. If you are extremely experienced in my niche I may be willing to increase pay rate. Proof of experience is required.
