We are highly regarded as one of the UK’s most authoritative voices on co-living (student and professional accommodation). We create premium educational content for individuals and businesses who require help and support to invest in property throughout the UK. This content has been primarily delivered off-line to date through face to face educational environments and we are now fulfilling a long-term plan of expanding into digital training products. We are at the forefront of the industry and have recently created a state of the art Membership Website to host the huge amount of digital content we will be creating.

This is not a handholding role; you will be responsible for implementing the entire digital marketing strategy. The successful candidate must be highly skilled and experienced, capable of working under pressure without close supervision and must be prepared to work extremely hard. The successful candidate will not only be ready to unleash their creative genius but will be relentless in their passion to developing the brand, will be pro-active and diligent in their attitude towards the digital media strategy and will possess a broad variety of creative digital media and organisational skills.
Your daily tasks will involve, but will not be limited to:
• Planning, coordinating and delivering fresh, engaging digital content optimised for multiple platforms (including social media posts, captions and stories, podcast visuals, video mash-ups, blogs, website courses).
• Be responsible for the growth of our audience and generating consistent business leads
• Crafting unique, relevant and exceptional, market leading content (copywriting not required).
• Creating a broad variety of social media assets including branded images, stories, videos and podcast visuals.
• Repurposing content and posting daily across all channels
• Plan and deliver effective
• Plan and deliver effective paid advertising campaigns
• Plan and manage budgets and track KPIs
• Engage consistently and effectively with our customers and audience
• Uploading and managing content on the website (WordPress)
The successful candidate must have:
• Excellent reading and writing skills of the English language
• Social media/digital media management experience - 3 years
• Excellent skill in designing, developing and producing digital assets (graphics) using creative suites such as Adobe, Canva, etc.

Package - Competitive salary dependent on experience and 13th month pay. This role can begin as part time and with the potential to increase, this is negotiable.
