We are seeking an experienced CSR to assist customers with the goal of providing an exceptional customer experience. The CSR will have a broad knowledge base of all functional areas in the company and can navigate seamlessly from one system to another. The Customer Service Representative should have a strong customer-focused attitude along with the ability to thrive in a team environment.
Responsibility:
Provide exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment according to service standards and procedures
Troubleshoots and resolve customer-reported issues
Consistently meeting expectations of quality assurance program and productivity standards.
Shows full proficiency in all systems and program
Qualification:
3+ years of experience in a CSR role, in a contact or call center environment
Strong knowledge of customer service principles, including sound decision-making and negotiating skills.
Experience in social media moderation
High level of verbal and written communication skills
Excellent time management and problem-solving skills
Ability to perform in a fast-paced environment and high-pressure situations
Must have experience in Shopify stores or with any e-Commerce related tools
Reliable, punctual and flexible
The role requires full-time availability, Salary is commensurate to experience.
