QA Tester: Remote

Our client is looking for QA Tester to assess software quality through manual and automated ---------- ndidate should have a sharp attention for detail, excellent communication skills, competent in executing test cases and passionate about quality.

Key Responsibilities:
• Review and analyze system specifications
• Execute test cases (manual or automated) and analyze results
• Evaluate product code according to specifications
• Finding and reporting bugs and glitches.
• Report bugs and errors to development teams
• Help troubleshoot issues
• Ensure that the platform, applications and systems work correctly.
• Conduct post-release/ post-implementation testing
• Strong team-oriented interpersonal and communication skills to cultivate positive working relationships
Qualifications:
• With proven experience as a QA Tester or similar role.
• Experience in QA methodology.
• Ability to document and troubleshoot errors.
• Working knowledge of defect tracking systems (JIRA preferred).
• Has knowledge of browser plugins/developer tools to assist in web app testing (view HTML, JavaScript, CSS).
• Know how IPs, host files, ports, servers, staging servers, production servers work.
• With knowledge of VPN and RDP
• Ability to write SQL queries to create test data and verify test results
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail
• Analytical mind and problem-solving aptitude.
