Title: Project Manager
Type: Permanent position, Full Time
Target work week: 40 hours a week between 9AM-9PM EST
Reports to: Operations Director
Location: Virtual - Work From Home
Salary Range: Starts at $1500 (may pay more depending on skill)

What will this job be like?

Hours: minimum 40 hrs a week
Shift: Graveyard between 9am to 9pm EST. Flexible work shifts can be negotiated based on circumstances.
Work directly with company Executives on a wide range of projects (small or large scale, may be simple coordination to full IT projects)
Proactive presence in any project to make sure all moving parts (people and tasks) are going along as scheduled
Active communicator to make sure project stakeholders are always in the loop
Effective communicator to make sure people know what you mean and avoid loss of time through miscommunications
Strive to meet project outcomes and deadlines
Team leadership to ensure all team members work towards the same goal
Task manager
People coach and mentor
Process-oriented; always respects the process
Always seeking to improve processes
Processes (SOP) documentation
Company culture advocate
Problem-solving
Organize information, track priorities and hold people accountable

What do I need to apply?

VERY IMPORTANT: Friendly and nice - you need to get along. If people don't like working with you, you can't do this job
At least 1 year working as a Project Manager (any industry is fine)
Agile / Scrum Master / PMP / PRINCE2 Certifications are an advantage but not necessary
Immaculate spoken and written English. Minimum 8 out of 10.
Must have knowledge on Agile/Scrum values and concepts.
Great reading comprehension.
Focused - You need to give this job your full attention. You won't be able to stay focused if you work other gigs.
Resourceful - can find solutions themselves
Technical - able to learn new tools without much effort
Excellent interpersonal skills - able to communicate articulately both verbally and in writing
Proven great in customer service - managing difficult situations and difficult people
Independent - Go-getter / Self-starter
Does not need micromanagement - We hate this. :)
Does not micromanage the team - They hate this. :D
