Sales Support Specialist

Advanced Local is a SEO company in the US and we are filling a post for a Sales Support Specialist. This person will be responsible for assisting the sales director in preparing sales calls, communicating with potential clients and customers, Following up tasks, before, during and after directors meetings, assist in marketing emails, webinar designs and marketing and help with onboarding new clients.

We will pay a generous hourly rate and provide an incentive pay for goal achievement.

As a Sales Support You Will:
Prepare Sales Presentations
Compile An Digital Audit
Set, Confirm and Follow on Sales Meetings
Conduct Monthly Reporting Calls with Clients
Update lead funnel in CRM
Send Out Event Emails with Mailchimp

Here are some required skills for the post:
Excellent Spoken and Written English Skill Set
Ability to work CRM Software
Some Experience in Email Marketing
A background in SEO
Willingness to work during all or part of US business hours

Not required but beneficial
Ability to perform marketing on Social Media Channels
Ability to write ad copy
Ability to learn new skills quickly
Great Attention to detail
Collect data and research
