We are seeking someone to install and run Joint Venture giveaways for us. (Virtual Assistant)

Your tasks will include…

1. Finding a domain name for the giveaway
2. Creating header, footer and banner ads for the giveaway event
3. Installing the JV giveaway script (http://ultimatejvgiveawayscript.com/)
you can download a 7 day trial from that site to see if you install it
4. There is a helpdesk in the giveaway script during the event
you will need to respond to all help desk tickets in a timely manner
5. You'll be required to get people on board to promote the event.
We have a list of past promoters that we will want you to build a
deeper relationship with and connect via email, twitter, Facebook, skype etc
6. You'll need to followup with those people and keep encouraging them to promote the event.
7. You'll need to make some changes to web pages in the script. Most of these will be provided by me but we may ask you to do some mockups yourself
8. We will want you to create some screen recording videos teaching people how to use the site (we will provide the software to record if you don't have)

You'll need excellent customer service skills, great english (written and spoken), some experience installing scripts this script uses PHP and MySQL, graphic design, HTML experience and a can do attitude!

We'd like to run an event atleast once per month, generally we have a week or two of getting people on board then a week that the event runs and we take a week off and work on other tasks in my business.

This is an extremely easy job for the right person and we are confident you will find it very rewarding as we have a track record of making these sites very successful on the internet.
