I'm looking for a Virtual Assistant to help me manage 3 properties used as holiday rentals.
Your responsibilities:
on a daily basis (1h):
-managing guests enquiries: respond to new enquiries, follow up...
on a weekly basis (2h):
-send additional information to my clients once a week. This includes info regarding their arrival, house rules, request reviews for their stay, check out instructions;
-update calendar for each property;
-update pricing of each property if necessary;
-check each client's balance. If there s any outstanding balance, send a request for payment;
-check security deposits have been paid;
-refund security deposit for guests who have checked out, subject that there s been no complaint from our on-site staff;
-report new revenues and expenses - from paypal and bank account statement - of the past week on an excel spreadsheet,
This is a permanent job that would require 9-10 hours per week.
Your qualifications:
- daily availability
- Reliable, responsible and trustworthy
- Broadband Internet connection
- Strong understanding of Internet and online communication tools
- Ability to meet deadlines
- Strong communications skills and attention to detail a must

Compensation:
-for the 1st month the hourly rate will be between $3-5ph. After your training is completed your compensation will bear a:
-fixed component: $3ph
-variable component: 2% of the revenues generated from the flat. This is easily attainable. Your income will easily increase threefold resulting in your hourly income to be around $9-11.
