JOB OVERVIEW

We are a US home services company looking for a Full Time Operations & Sales Manager to join our team.

Come help us provide stellar customer and team support (phones, emails, Slack). There is a lot of variety and never a dull ---------- nt. Customer service, Sales, Billing, Scheduling and more! You'll be an integral member of our team!

Qualifications:
1. Work 7:00am - 5:00pm EST (NYC timezone) Monday through Friday
2. Solid internet w/ backups
3. Private and quiet dedicated home office area
4. Great phone voice!!
5. Good headset and webcam (Preferably noise-canceling headset)
6. At least two years experience as a VA

Additionally, your written and spoken English need to be very good.
