assistant in printing company

we are establishing an online printing website. something like this ---------- .

We need an assistant who worked before in printing company. Who has a background in paper types , sizes and used materials. Also, good skills in graphic designing are needed. (we don't expect from the assistant to build the website) we only need his experience to create the features of each product. for example: ( what are the types of business cards? what are the sizes? the materials?...)
