JOB OVERVIEW

We are Apipema LLC, an eCommerce company that specializes in industrial adhesive and home improvement products. We operate in the USA, Mexico, and Canada. We are now expanding to Japan, UK, and other European markets. We have been growing rapidly for the past years, so we are looking for a new team member that will contribute significantly towards everyone's success.

WHAT WE NEED

This is a full-time job but tasks can be accomplished in less than 6 hours. Time tracker is not required, and the following are your itemized tasks:

1) Answering 15 - 20 emails per day. Templates are provided and minor edits are just needed for tweaking the draft to provide more nuance to the customer's concern.
2) Answering Dialpad calls, around 5-10 calls PER MONTH. We rarely get calls and it's not realtime. All calls are recorded and are answered at PH time.
3) Moderating social media comments/private messages on IG/Facebook. Our social media outlets are still starting out so we rarely get private messages and comments. We get around 2 messages/comments per day and there are prepared templates on social media.
4) Helping the Marketing Team with the giveaway planning.
5) Posting of Instagram stories based on the content planned out for the month.

We need an honest Virtual Assistant that can work mainly for customer service. You will be responsible for responding to customer messages via Gmail. Templates are already available, and so you can customize the templates for each email reply. You will be responsible for issuing instruction manuals, refunds, or replacements based on the customer's concern. You will be given training materials for navigating through Seller Central, so previous experience in Amazon is not required, albeit ---------- terms of social media, we have a social media VA. However, you will be tasked with sending out messages to influencers and YouTubers whenever the need arises. You will also need to reply to messages on our Facebook and ---------- feed. Again, there are templates for these, and for specific and technical questions, there is also a point person who can help you with the task. Monitoring of social media content planner to check if contents are being published promptly. You will also be helping out the Marketing Team to plan giveaways on Instagram. You will be assigned to participate in the "customer service" part of our social media feed.

Lastly, there are some calls on our Dialpad (<10 calls per month), which you would have to respond from time to ---------- sentially, this is a 40-hour workweek credit (but tasks can be done in less than 40 hours per week) given the relatively small amount of emails.

WHAT WE REQUIRE

-Good command in the English language (written and spoken)
