We are looking for a superstar phone support agent to answer queries from current and prospective customers for our Ecommerce business. .Your responsibilities will include (but not limited to):
Responding to inbound phone queries professionally
Reporting each contact to ensure a timely solution is provided.
Daily reporting
Working 40 hours per week.
We use slack as a medium to communicate and report
Experience in eCommerce and eCommerce tools is a must
Basic hands on experience with shopify
You should have:
Reliable internet and power (we do not tolerate people not showing up with those excuses)
Willingness to help others and a drive to advance yourself as well
Able to commit 40 hours a week without distractions
Experience with Gorgias or zendesk
Experience with shopify and shiphero
Callhippo experience desired but not a requirement
1 year minimum experience working in an American Call Center or working remotely with Americans in a phone support or sales position.
