Customer Support for Chinese Clients - Bonus & 13th Month Pay

We are a digital marketing agency in the UK looking for a team member to handle Chinese Customer Support.

You will be working alongside our other team members and will be tasked to address basic support issues, translate emails, Wechat messages and voice messages
for our technical team to address issues and manage client expectations.

ABOUT YOU
You must be fluent in English and Chinese and have excellent reading & writing skills.
A love of customer support with problem solving skills.
Ability to work independently and to use your own initiative.
Forward-thinking and ambitious.
Positive, no-excuse Upgrade to see actual infoquisitive, reliable and resourceful.
Strong attention to detail.
Ability to adapt your work based on feedback.

ABOUT THE JOB
Provide excellent customer support to our Chinese clients
Add/Edit Menu
Translate Wechat, Voice & Email messages for our team and get the issues resolved and communicate it back to the customer.
Confirm with the customer(s) that they are happy with the fix
Proactively engage the customers to make sure they remain happy.

PAYMENT -
The 1st week you will be paid daily
After that payment every week
Bonuses paid for high-quality work
13th-month payment
Salary review each year at least
2 days of paid holiday for every day worked - total 24 days
Paid Holiday on Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, Boxing Day, New Year's Eve, and New Year's Day (5 Days - not included in your personal holiday)

Salary

$400 a month + Bonuses and 13th Month
