Systems Engineer

We are looking for someone who can help the team grow and add value to our clients and their systems, freeing them from their businesses.

You’ll get a chance to work with various agencies in different niches, expanding your knowledge about how their agency works, and at the same time improve what they currently have. Imagine being one of the people who helped shape a growing agency in 10 weeks or less?

Not only that but you’d be helping an Agency Owner - who could be a dad, a mom, a young entrepreneur - have more time for themselves, and getting that work life balance they deserve!

Specifically, we work with owners of Digital Marketing Agencies that are struggling to get out of their day to day work. They're drowning in the work, spending less time doing what they used to love - helping clients get results through Digital Marketing!

We help them by systematizing their agency through our 10 Week Consulting Program, the ARF Accelerator, where we help them build processes, automations, and a team.

Our entire process to get a client from no systems to a well-oiled profit generating machine is pretty much dialed down, but we want to do this better and faster.

With that in mind, we're looking for someone who's excited for this opportunity to help people, build their systems, and finding solutions to make it easier and better for their agency (which you'll be given step-by-step training on).

This means we expect you to have a baseline understanding of software like Google Sheets, Zapier, other automation apps, and so forth...and have a passion for processes and systems, and keeping them as organized as possible.

You'll mainly be responsible to plan out and set up the systems of our clients, automating them as much as possible to get things out of their hands. Together, we’ll be thinking of solutions that would best serve our clients and their current systems, making it even better and taking it to the next level (through our automations).

To start, this will be a 5 to 10 hours/week role, and will grow from there.
This is a 100% remote role, so you can do this whenever and wherever you want, as long as you hit your KPIs. We'll give you more information on what those are when we chat!
