American company looking for a Rockstar Customer Service Specialist for a full-time position
Responsibilities:
- Answer customer inquiries and questions coming from Amazon/Shopify/Email with great english and excellent customer service
- Generate weekly customer service reports explaining what kind of customer messages are coming though and offering suggestions on how to improve product/service according to the feedback received from customers

Qualifications
- Great English level
- Previous experience in handling customer services
- Basic experience with Microsoft Excel
- Reliable Computer and Internet Speed
- Some experience with Amazon Seller Central is a plus
