Amazon FBA pro

I am looking for a person who is a Pro at Amazon FBA and product resourcing period.
-should be proficient in running amazon sellers account.
-pro in shipping method e.g. how to get product from the distributor and make shipment to amazon warehouse.
-must be pro in picking good or win win product.
