We are looking for an energetic, positive & happy person to join our team, managing all customer service through email, phone and social media. We are a wholesale bakery that also sells direct to customers online.

This is a long term role for the right person.

We are looking for the following skills:

Outstanding English - written and spoken
Customer Service experience
Internet Research & reporting
Excellent use of Excel and Office programs
Fast Learner
Article writing, blog posts
Familiar with Wordpress
Familiar with facebook

The most important part of your position will be building relationships with our wholesale customers to encourage increased spending!
