We are hiring a TEAM LEADER for our health and wellness campaign right now!

Qualifications:
- experienced in handling a SALES TEAM with up to 20 agents. This includes the team meeting performance quotas and maintaining 100% compliance
- monitor agents' daily performance, attendance, compliance, and discipline
- someone that is good at doing reports in excel sheet, doing payroll, performance reports daily accomplishments, etc.
- excellent communication, comprehension, and selling skills
- good working attitude, dedicated and committed to work
- can do full-time, no other client

The shift is 10 AM-5 PM PST Monday-Saturday.
We offer an hourly rate on top of commissions and bonuses!
