Youtube Vlog Editor

I have raw video files in Filipino/Tagalog.
I'll be sending these to you and you will have to edit it to make a final video for me to upload in my youtube account. The vlogs are mostly random thoughts, topics, or reaction videos.

For reaction videos, you must have knowledge of the proper placing and timing of the original videos to the reaction video that I'll be sending. I'll be giving further instructions upon contact.

Also, if you can give me a good intro and outro would be a plus - willing to give extra for these.

Must know how to speak, write, and understand Filipino/Tagalog and English.

Budget: let's talk about this, but hopefully something that we can work around since I'm only starting. So yeah, kinda tight but let's see. Also, it would be best if it would be by a video done not by the hour, but then again, if you have a proposal please let me know.
