Looking for Web Development Team – Responsive Wordpress Sites

We are looking for a web development team consisting of, at a minimum, a programmer with experience creating Wordpress websites that are modern and responsive and a graphic designer who can add clean modern graphics, including custom designed graphics, and a modern style to the sites being built.

For the first project, we need the following created:

1) A Coming Soon Page with a countdown timer that matches the main site design (1st priority)

2) A Blog that matches the main site design (2nd Priority)

3) A Home Page with the following (3rd Priority):
a. Top Navigation Bar w/Anchor Links that jump to designated places on the page
b. Sections on Home Page Include (About, Topics, Contest, Speakers, Sponsors, Register, Blog)
c. Additional Links Include: Contact, Login, Affiliate (on bottom of the site)
d. Social Media Icons: Facebook, Twitter, YouTube

4) Login Page
a. Username and Password fields
b. Link Back to Home Page

5) Contact Us Pop Up
a. Fields Including: Subject, Name, E-mail, Phone, Message, Captcha type verification

6) Affiliate Sign Up Page
a. Fields Including: Name, E-mail, Phone, Website, Mailing List Size, Referred By, Message

For the site design we would like something that looks similar to this site with a few modifications -

Here is a mock-up drawing of the first section of the website showing the modifications we would like (Note: The description above has the correct location of the Top Navigation links. Contact & Login will be moved to the bottom of the site and a Register link will be added to the top) -

The site needs to be designed in Wordpress with a theme where all fields, text, images, videos, etc. can be 100% edited by someone who does not know how to code and they need to be able to make the edits inside of the Wordpress theme "Pages" area.

To clarify, we do not want a site that is custom built and can only be edited by a programmer. There are themes that exist which have this layout and design capacity already so we donât want a site designed and coded from scratch.

The theme and the website need to be Responsive and Mobile Responsive
