wordpress theme development

hey im looking for a programmer and a webdesigner to work and partner with on the long run to develop wordpress site and theme design with a very good programming skills and knowledge to finish a custum wordpress site and theme in developping for a client and to add content on site. I have the site ready in HTML to load up content and design a perfect download page with custom download page with drop down menu and slider that pull in content for download for relevant pages. This project is two day project a test for bidder/workers
