Facebook Marketing "Partner" Needed

About 2 years ago i purchased a Facebook program I never used: (https://freegiftr.com/)

The program is designed to build a list by offering a free "gift" to encourage signups. As you know "the money is in the list"...

So, do you want to work together to build a list and make money from that list?

We will build a list using the freegitf software, a Facebook page, a free gift and a email service. Everything will be set up by you.

The program will be manged by you. You will have to make regular posts to the Facebook page to build engagement.

Together we will think of offers to make to the list to make money!

Mailchimp account
Facebook advertising funds
Funds to buy or create the "free gift"
A domain and website to use for our project.
Pay for your time.

Requirements: (non-negotiable)

You must have excellent spoken and written English. You will see why below:

An important part of this project is that you make videos as you go. These videos will be made using screencast o'matic and are just you talking and showing your screen - no webcam. There are 2 series of videos required - Status and Tutorial

Status Videos:

You must document each day. You will be paid a small bonus for every video you complete but you MUST do at least one video each day for at least the first month (except Sundays) - then one video each week after that.

In each video you will answer these questions:
1) What you did that day (or that week after first month)...
2) What challenges you had...
3) What you learned that would help someone else doing the same thing...
4) What was spent on ads and the results... (just show the FB ad account screens)
5) What progress was made...

Tutorial Videos:

You must make tutorial videos as you go. After you learn how to do a step you make a video for that (example: you setup the Facebook ads / you setup the freegiftr etc.)

The tutorial videos are an opportunity for you to make significant bonuses! If you do a very good job on each tutorial video you will earn a nice - possibly large bonus.

Pay will be weekly by paypal and you must prepare an invoice.

Proposal:

To be considered for this partnership:
You must propose a niche (that you are crazy about!) for the Facebook page and list. You propose your pay (weekly fixed pay AND your percentage of profits). All pay formulas considered! [hint: I am more interested in learning through you than making a big % of profits]

Remember, more detail shows you have thought this out better than the other applicants!

In your proposal, make sure you describe why you are the best for this project. Indicate how many hours you plan to work on this each week.

Again, be sure to propose your niche, gift idea and pay (weekly and % of profits).

Also you must make a screencastomatic video about why you picked your proposed niche (why you like the nice and what you know about the niche)

I will not choose my partner for at least a week so make sure you put your proposal together carefully.
