VA for dropshipping store

It’s a new dropshipping store, just opened a week ---------- promotions was done yet and I don’t want to start the promotions until everything is in place


Qualifications:
1. At least 3 years Shopify (Hunting product, fulfilling orders costumer relations)
2. Design ads (video, photos)
3. E marketing campaigns (google, Facebook and Instagram.)
4. Find influencers (contacting, add them to the affiliate program)
5. Excellent experience using the below software’s and apps:
• OBerlo
• Recart
• Lookalike
• Ecomhunt
• Niche scraper
• ZenDesk
• klaviyo


Responsibilities:
1. Fulfilling the sales and follow up the delivery and closing request. Must be experienced on using OBerlo
2. ZenDesk CRM optimization.
3. Recart Optimization.
4. Product hunt and analysis and using Ecomhunt or Niche scraper then to share the list of suggested product with me to discuss and approve. Note : When applying for this job please add to your message, subject or CV title the word (HOKKY).
5. Adding products using OBerlo.
6. Design ads
7. Lookalike optimization
8. Promoting store and products with high ROI.
9. Analyzing products performance.
10. Customer relations (reply, communicate insure all are happy)
11. create and use klaviyo email & SMS campaigns.
11. Managing the store check any issues updating settings to get best results and any other day to day assignments by the store owner.
