Virtual Assistant Needed to Help Customers With Search Results

Hi,
we are seeking a full time virtual assistant to join our team. The primary responsibility will be helping our customers run searches and finding results from other data sources not available to the same customers. You will also need to be available on Skype when working and be available for Voice calls through Skype (work training and working with our team).
The initial hours of work will be 10 AM - 6 PM EST. After a week or so, and once the support manager feels you can do the work with little to no help, you can switch to more normal hours for you – this switch is up to the support manager and is not guaranteed.

Fluent English and willingness to help customers is also a must. Also needed is the ability to know when to escalate an item to a supervisor.

You will also need Microsoft Office or Open Office so that you can create the reports for customers and convert them to PDFs.

Research Test:
Please go to http://www.everify.com and search for Brandon Lee in MA and answer the following questions:
1. How many results did you get there
2. How many of them are 40 or over?
3. How many are under 30?
4. How many are aged 30-40?
5. Of those aged 30-40, list all the possible addresses (city, state and zip code)
6. In the US we shorten the state names. For example, we use CA for California. What state does ID stand for and what is the short version of Wyoming?
