P250915 Product Designer / Graphic Designer with Research Skills

We're looking for a full-time work-from-home creative designer who can combine artistic skills with market intelligence to create products that truly resonate with our American customers. We're an established e-commerce store specializing in personalized print-on-demand products for the US market.

## What You'll Do

- Design personalized print-on-demand products (eg. shirts, mugs, tumblers, ornaments)
- Research market trends and identify design opportunities that appeal to our target customers
- Analyze competitor designs and identify gaps in the market
- Create mockups and product presentations for listings
- Develop designs that incorporate meaningful quotes, sayings, and personalized elements
- Process personalized artwork for customer orders with precision and attention to detail
- Work hours - Mon-Fri Philippine time (no night shift)

## Requirements

- Age: 28 years or older (this role requires maturity and experience)
- Expert-level Photoshop proficiency
- Mandatory: C2 Level English proficiency required - Must understand nuanced meanings in quotes, sayings, and emotional messaging. Strong English foundation without AI dependency
- Mandatory: Exceptional attention to detail - Critical for preparing and proofing customer orders
- Market research abilities (training provided on our methods)
- Outstanding creative flair with strong typography and layout design skills
- Proactive, resourceful, hardworking and willing to put in extra hours when needed
- High EQ - able to collaborate, give and receive constructive feedback
- Genuine willingness to learn and grow with our business
- Experience with Amazon, Etsy, Shopify print-on-demand products is a bonus
