Responsibilities:

- Updating content in Wordpress (Adding, updating, and formatting blog posts, pages, and custom post types)
- Setting up effective and highly-converting landing pages and email sequences
- Working with Page Builders
- Setting-up of landing pages and some website updates
- Updating and maintaining CRM softwares, database, etc
- Producing social media reports (Instagram and Google Analytics)
- System Integrations and Automations for various tools such as ClickUp, Dubsado, Zapier, Active Campaign, Convertkit, Kajabi, Ontraport, etc.
- Scheduling posts on social media

Job Requirements:

- At least 3+ years experience as a Technical Virtual Assistant
- Must have marketing mindset
- Experience with social media platforms is a plus
- Good communication skills
