Website management for Real Estate New condos

Hello,

My name is Filip. I work as a local Real estate Agent in the Suburbs of Toronto Canada (Mississauga and Milton). I am currently working on my own.

I am looking for a long term manager of my website Upgrade to see actual info. You must be able to work full time on WordPress using Brizy pro. You will design, create and manage the entire website. There is lots of sample work already done there. The most recent project and landing page is here and was done professionally. This is a sample landing page that YOU will be creating daily

Working together you will get insider information from me, or find information on the websites of builders and make landing pages, or interactive pages. The goal is to make the website a goto source of information for consumers for any upcoming condo projects in the GTA (Greater Toronto Area- Toronto and surrounding cities). This project has the potential to be a long term work 2-5 years easily. PAY can be increased over time and scaled based on experience.

Job Requirements


You are very Upgrade to see actual infoitially, you will be given a few (condo) projects to work on and manage. Eventually, you will receive emails from me and builders and will automatically know what to do.

You are not afraid to ask questions if you don't understand something. You are part of the team and your growth is important.

You will manage the whole website, keep the information up to date. The goal is to become a go-to page of information for consumers who are interested in certain projects. We will be generating public interest or getting leads to the website and on certain projects.

You will have to organize all the leads generate straight into a CRM. Also all signed up leads will need to be automatically emailed all relevant condo information when requested.

You have experience in Google PPC (Pay per click Campaigns). You will have to run them for 2-3 projects at any given time.

You will post new projects on social media.- This part is Upgrade to see actual infon be linked straight from the pages.

You may have to write a paragraph or two on the website and are not afraid of some basic writing for each landing page.

This job is VERY independent work. You will only be asked to get me involved when there is an interesting prospect at which i will take over and try to make the sale. You will keep me in the look for any projects. YOu must organize any project information ready to send me when requested.

The job will have VERY flexible hours.

When a lead successfully purchases a unit in a condo building - you will receive a cash BONUS!

Successful applicants will be interview on Zoom and will have to make a sample landing page for this project
