CNC Sales and Customer Service

This position is responsible for handling inbound calls from potential customers. We’re looking for a self-motivated Sales Representative that will sell our product portfolio.
Products we work with:
CNC Machines, CNC Lasers, CNC saws, CNC mills, Tables, CNC plasma cutters, Lathe Machines, etc.

Qualifications

- +3 years of experience in machine or metal fabrication sales
- Knowledge of CNC Machines and applications
- Start-up, Fast Pace, Proactive Attitude
- Selling and Communication Skills
- Highly motivated, independent worker
- Experience in service or operation of machines is a plus

Responsibilities:

- Handle inbound calls from prospective clients
- Must have Working Knowledge of CNC Machines and applications
- Excellent selling, communication and negotiation skills
- Prioritizing, time management and organizational skills
- Highly motivated independent worker. Target Driven self-starter
- Outstanding customer relationship builder – excellent follow-up ability
- Outstanding verbal and written communication skills
- Experience in Service and/or operation of machine tools is desirable
- Familiarity with competitor information
- BS/BA degree or equivalent is desirable
- Promote products to new customers
- Close Sales by Providing Excellent Customer Service
- Interacting with existing customers to increase sales and build strong business partnerships
- Maintain Positive Business Relationships
- Prioritize & Escalate Customer Questions and/or Concerns
- Keep a log of calls, visits, and status of each customer in the sales process
