Job Description:
• Deliver excellent service to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Motivate the team to meet sales objectives by training and mentoring staff.
• Create business strategies to attract new customers, expand store traffic, and enhance profitability.
• Train, oversee and provide leadership to all staff.
• Ensure store compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Monitor customer's purchase both online channels and at store.
• Develop and arrange promotional material and in-store displays.
• Prepare detailed reports on buying trends, customer requirements, and profits.
• Undertake store administration duties such as managing store budgets and updating financial records.
• Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with purchasing department for the ordering new items.
• Deal with all issues that arise from staff or customers (complaints, grievances etc)
• Be a shining example of well behavior and high performance
• Additional store manager duties as needed
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or equivalent qualification.
• A minimum of 3 years’ experience working in a retail, shopping malls and grocery stores environment, ideally in a managerial role.
• Strong leadership and customer management abilities.
• Customer service-oriented with in-depth knowledge of basic business management processes.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Highly detailed oriented and organized in work
• Willing to work in Makati
