Blockchain Social Media Marketing Manager (CRYPTO FOCUS!)

OK, it’s become a bit of a cliché buzzword but you just can’t help it - you LOVE storytelling. Words, images, videos - you love mixing and matching digital media to communicate.

You’re a writer at heart and you love the challenge of working in different mediums - whether it’s the 140 character limit of a tweet, writing a long-form blog post, or distilling the essence of an entire article into one pin-worthy quote.

Your responsibilities will include:

Create campaigns on social media platforms including Facebook, Instagram, YouTube and LinkedIn
Repurposing our vast archive of content to generate posts for our social media outlets
Create graphics to go on social media using Canva
Coming up with creative ideas for boosting engagement and shares across our social media channels
Creating social media assets to drive traffic and sales
Managing our full social media calendar
Growing our social media audience
Sending out emails using Active Campaign

Your main talent in life is communication - you absolutely love to write and would love a job where you get to be creative day in and day out. You hate to be bored, and you’re always looking for ways to make what you’ve created even better. You love to be productive and can easily produce a steady stream of creative output on a daily basis.

You are sharp, clever, and resourceful. You can google your way out of any challenge, and can always figure out who and what you need to get something done.

You have extensive writing experience and can easily adapt to write in an established voice. But you’re not the stereotypical disorganized artist. You excel at organizing and meeting deadlines.

You will have both full ownership and a lot of creative leeways. You do NOT thrive on being micromanaged and love to be given the freedom to excel in your job. Being your own boss within an organization is a dream come true for you.

We’re a small, lean entrepreneurial team and you will be in charge of all of the social media platforms. That means you need to be excellent at managing yourself and making sure our social media calendar is a full day in and day out. You need to thrive and excel with a lot of freedom and a lot of responsibility.
