Web Designer - Wordpress, HTML, Jquery

We are looking for a web designer who can do the following:

- Tweak existing designs to make them more user friendly
- Make recommendations of how to make our website better
- Transfer Wordpress content / work on the wpbakery wordpress editor to create content (we'll provide the words)
- Code PSD into HTML
- Create Social Media Images (We provide the software to be able to do it)
