Marketing Team Lead - Work From Home Position

Job Description

An Australian client is searching for the right person who can help support the Principle in coordinating the marketing team and develop the marketing campaigns for his clients. Some input and ideas will be provided but the right applicant needs to be self-sufficient, with natural marketing skills, strong business development skills, excellent communication ability and a results-driven personality. The client is looking for people with the right mindset and who want a long term role. Healthy bonuses will be provided in accordance with performance.

The role will require a good understanding of:
-Marketing
-B2B lead generation
-Scripts
-Content Marketing
-Marketing Strategy
-How to implement on Linkedin within Linkedin constraints
-Connection Requests
-Posts
-Reach Out Messages

Responsibility:
-Develop marketing campaigns
-Implement marketing campaigns
-Monitor and modify marketing campaigns
-Ensure the staff produce high quality of work
-Make sure the output (warm leads) > the expected KPI for each client
-Client retention - A client should stay for many years
-Onboard clients
-Able to solve problems
-Able to create and modify scripts
-Train staff
-Always working to improve the client stats


The role is Australian AEST timezone
It is Fulltime - 8 hours a day, Monday to Friday, 40 hours a week.
