Real Estate Accountant and Analyst

I'm looking for a full-time accountant or financial analyst with experience in the real estate industry, preferably residential leasing and property management.

Our company focuses on buying/leasing multifamily apartments and single-family homes that we lease out to individual renters. This role would help with the property acquisition side through creating financial models as well as assist with the property management by handling bookkeeping, payments, and administrative work.

The four main skills essential to success in this role are:
- Project Management
- Bookkeeping
- Financial Reporting
- Strong Excel Skills

Since there's only one person at this company (me), initially, you may have different projects to ---------- 's critical that you have the ability to manage projects independently, plan out tasks with Trello, and are able to learn new topics or skills as needed. While there will be some training and guidance, you'll need to supplement it by Googling "how to do [task at hand]" often.

Our starting salary is $550 USD per month for a full-time role and will grow depending on your performance. We evaluate performance every 3 months and set raises/bonuses every 6 months.
