What you'll be doing as the Growth Marketing Manager.

1) You'll be instrumental in driving new customer growth across paid social channels.

2) Most of your time will be spent evaluating, analyzing, managing paid social campaigns on Facebook/IG. You'll be the person we look to develop and execute a strategic plan to help grow our customer base.

3) You'll share insights and learnings with our tech, creative, and sales team in order to brainstorm new ideas to test.

4) We'll look to you to come up with new ways of engaging potential customers, creating test plans for media and creative and overall user experience on the site.

5) You'll collaborate with our team on creating, updating, optimizing landing pages, ads, marketing plan.

What we're looking for.

1) Self-motivated and proactive with a positive attitude and willingness to learn

2) Acquisition marketing experience is a must.

3) Highly technical, data-driven, and creative

4) Ability to not only report on data but use it to tell a story & make timely decisions

5) Knowledge of excel

6) Strong knowledge in paid social media advertising
