Client Account Manager / Sales

The title of this job will be Tutoring Manager. You will be managing client accounts who are tutoring with us.

Duties:
-This job requires speaking to parents about their kids- giving them updates, and helping them sign up for our program.
-You will complete parent consultations by phone with new leads and help them sign up for our tutoring program.
-You will stay in touch with your accounts and answer questions
- You will monitor the progress of students and complete progress reports using our templates to email to parents.

You must have the following skills:
-Have a quiet place in your own home to do video conferencing and phone calls
-Must have strong verbal skills and a friendly personality
-Be good at building relationships over the phone for account management

This is a commission job- we offer $3 per hour + $3 per consultation new account sign up. We also offer a bonus for keeping customers with us every 6 months.
