We are a Creative Video Ad Agency - Seeking editors like you for Freelance, part-time & Full-time positions.

Must have:
- FB Ads Editing experience. & Portfolio to show
- Adobe Premiere experience. (After effects, final cut pro are a plus)
- Availability to work or check-in during US PST work day times.
- Conversational English.
- Capable of meeting deadlines
- Can-do attitude
- Willingness to learn and improve consistently
- Work with other team members as needed

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Right hand for the Editing Director and Editing Coordinator.
- Assist with and maintain clean storage of RAW assets to help in the workflow.
- Produce editing guidelines and briefs for those you work with to ensure team success.
- Participate in Editing team meetings for productivity, creativity, goals, and growth!
- Study and learn alongside highly experienced video ad editors.
- Assist with creating variations and split test videos for maximizing services to clients.
- Coordinate sourcing additional team members as needed.
- Assist with creating templates and playbooks for making the team workflow and efficiency better.
- Serve as a replacement for other editors when they are out in an emergency!
