EXPERIENCE INSTAGRAM GROWTH ASSISTANT/MANAGER

We are looking for an EXPERIENCE INSTAGRAM GROWTH ASSISTANT/MANAGER for our eCommerce brand in the Aromatherapy Niche

Your main job will be (in the sequence of importance)
1) GROWING account followers (we currently have 10.3k followers)
2) RESEARCH for influencers in the same niche that we can repost their photos or collaborate with
3) Be the first to COMMENT on selected influencers post when they make a new post
4) RESEARCH appropriate hashtags
5) Come up with WELL RESEARCH descriptions which is proven to work and create descriptions for our post using those format
6) SCHEDULE photo post
7) Post IG STORY
8) ENGAGE with all audiences who commented on our post by replying to them.
9) RESEARCH for high-quality MICRO influencers that we can reach out to do shoutouts
10) RESEARCH for brands that we can reach out to do cross-collaboration
11) Research on niche and competitor and send a summary
12) Prepare account GROWTH REPORT and send a summary.

The ideal person is...

Must have
- experience in growing Instagram account organically
- good at using a designing IG story
- know how to research for a quality post for reposting
- know how to research for quality micro-influencer to work with
- know how to write a good description for post

Good to have
- Into Incense Burner, Yoga, Meditation, Aromatherapy.
- know how to use design software
- already very active on Instagram
