T-Shirt Designer / Graphic Designer

Hiya,

I run a Internet marketing firm based in the UK.

I'm looking at adding talented T-shirt designers to join my team. I'm looking for a graphic artist that specialises in creating great looking T-shirt designs in Photoshop PSDs or illustrator.

We need you to design T-shirts based on concepts or phrases from different niches we will give you. So you need to be creative and original.

In essence this is what we are looking for:-

- You need to have excellent English, it's important that you understand and speak English well enough to understand the concepts we give you and to communicate with the rest of the team

- Teespring experience is an advantage but not essential

- At least 1 year+ of design experience is required - Experience creating T-Shirt Designs is preferable.

- Must be able to work very fast and be able to come up with original designs (you'll get min. 5 design requests per day)

- Fast internet speed. Skype account.

- Experience in garment industry and in creating high quality vector designs

- You'll get a lot of guidance from us on what to design but those that are proactive in finding great designs ideas will get preference.
