We require a virtual assistant to help deal with daily customer service inquiries for our growing e-commerce brand.
Job responsibilities involve the following:
- Responding to
- Responding to
- Reviewing customer's package tracking and order status on the Shopify dashboard.
- Keeping customers happy by resolving disputes whilst keeping the number of refunds issued as low as possible.
- Managing
You will need the following:
- Fluent written English
- Customer Service Experience
- Experience with the Shopify dashboard
- The ability to solve issues independently and in a timely manner
The following would be preferred:
- Experience in a similar role
