Immediate Job Opening: Team UX/UI Designer / Front End Developer

Justin here and I am the owner of several companies based in South Korea and in Singapore.

Our companies currently require assistance from a

[UX/UI Designer / Front End Developer]

to help grow the business.

We are looking for a reliable person to work side by side with as we grow and expand the business.

This is a role that fosters a Long-Term Relationship with on-going work, and is NOT a onetime web project.

The ideal candidate will be working directly with me or our higher management and will be assisting in the following types of tasks:

Web Design Assistance Job Requirements:

(Main Responsibility - MUST be able to):
- Understand the UX/UI Designing perspectives
- Using Adobe XD to create site wireframes
- Using Adobe XD to create interactive prototypes
- Wordpress Designing or Modification (To Facilitate easy integration)
- Good understanding of Grid & Block Systems (e.g. Elementor or WPBakery etc)
- Designing For front-end responsive websites /HTML5/CSS3/Etc

(Sub Responsibilities - Optional & Good to have):
- Working with Adobe Design Suite (Photoshop,Illustrator, Indesign,Premiere etc...)
- Graphic / Logo / Banner / Poster Designs
- Social Media Designs (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, YouTube, etc...)
- Creating Vector Images from actual photos
- Research on latest web design developments and news
- Game / Comic / Story / Character / Mascot Design
- Video Editing or Creation
- Other miscellaneous design projects

Details on our company processes will be provided and specialization training might be provided based on proficiency and capabilities of the candidate.

This position requires good English verbal skills for conversing and good English written skills for communication.
*If you are able to understand, converse or design in simple Korean Language, it is a PLUS point - Do include this detail in your email or conversation with us)

Ideal candidate MUST be able to access good and stable internet connections from their work venue (e.g. home) and
must also be able to communicate through an online virtual phone system (Skype or Zoom is preferred and can be used for free.)

Most importantly the ideal candidate MUST have a great, positive, CAN DO attitude and a willingness to learn and serve team members and clients.
We love to treat our personnel as team members rather than simply employees so we only want positive individuals on team.

Work wise, we tend to focus on timely results and speed of work and of course quality.
The priority is that the task is completed on time and that the work is done well.

We also practice awarding monetary bonuses for great work done.
When a person deserves to be rewarded, we do not hesitate to do so. (Of course the individual must first prove his/her loyalty and responsibility to the company)

Terms:
- Ideal candidate MUST be available to work 5 or 6 days per week (Flexible)

- Business hours are generally between an 8 hr time slot within 11am-11pm Singapore local Time (GMT+8) [Negotiable per 10 hr period - Including Lunch and/or Dinner Hrs]

- Candidate MUST be online and accessible via phone and instant message (Skype, Whatsapp, Kakao, etc) during confirmed business hours and responsive.

- Compensation will depend on experience and skills and be further discussed on our Call
