Job Brief:
We are an international post-production video and content creator business and we're hiring.
The position is full time and you will be working from home.
We are a small but growing team and we create video and other content for social media. The right person for the jobs will have at least one year of professional video editing experience, has a positive attitude, and wants to grow this business with us.
They must be creative and have the ability to pitch ideas.
They must be able to execute on editing tedious projects.
They must have the desire to bring value to and support the team.

But.. before you get excited, read a few reasons why you shouldn't consider this job.

Don't apply if:
you are not willing to do one unpaid test project
you have less than 1-year experience editing video
you have a hard time following detailed processes
you don't have flexible hours
you are looking for a gig. (this is a full-time position)

Qualities we are looking for:
Great design sense
Motion graphics experience
Positive attitude
Must be able to hit deadlines
Must be able to create and document systems and processes for your work
Experience in typography and motion graphics - arranging text and titles in a tasteful and artistic way
Attention to detail.
Take constructive criticism
Fast editor. You must keep up with the team to stay in the game.
Creative mind and storytelling skills.
Ability to understand the desired outcome of a project when meeting with clients and the ability to bring them to life.

Minimum Requirements
Proficient in professional video editing software such as FCPX & Premiere pro
Basic knowledge in Photoshop & Indesign
Experience in motion graphics such as Motion & After Effects
Fluent English language and grammar (must be able to compose titles and spot grammar errors in video captions)
Responsive to cell phone and text messenger during working hours
Fast internet speed (at least 50 mbps)
Well functioning video editing computer
