RFQ Proposal Finder / Sales / Lead Generation Assistant for us!

We are looking for someone to assist us in getting new sales and generate new website leads for us. Specifically, we want websites for US government agencies like cities, park districts, schools, etc. So this is definitely going to be a quality over quantity situation!

Typically these entities release an "RFP" (Request for Proposal) or an "RFQ" (Request for Quote) and provide a long document to carefully follow to put a proposal together on. We have access to the websites that shows us when new RFP's and RFQ's become available - we just need someone to do the work of creating the proposals!

**Please Note: We ask you do not apply if you don't have a lot of knowledge of RFQs or RFPs. Again, we need someone with a working knowledge and experience creating these in the United States. Applications or letters that don't demonstrate this will not be considered.

This will start as a part-time position, but will definitely grow into a full-time quickly once we get a few jobs landed. We'd like to think we are a small, but great company to work for! Currently, we have 6 workers from onlinejobs.ph - with 3 of them close to working for us for 10 years!

We would like:

- Someone with experience doing this - sales experience, document creation experience, and most importantly experience creating proposals and going after bids. I know there may be some things to teach here - that is OK! The main goal is to have a base knowledge to work off of.

- Someone with excellent spelling, grammar, and written American English. Speaking is good too, but you would only speak to us and not with clients.

- Someone with attention to detail is an absolute must. This is definitely geared towards a more analytical thinker vs a creative thinker.

- Someone who has good knowledge about web design, SEO, and graphic design to sell. We do not need a designer, but someone who understands it and knows what to look for.

- Good knowledge of G Suites - Google Docs, Google Drive, and Google Hangouts to chat and video conference if needed.
