Wordpress Website Design

I am looking to have designed a Temporary staffing agency website.
I have a fully designed sitemap with all images and content mapped out.
There will be a lot of mandatory drop down bars for the Employee and Employers to fill in.
A section for Document upload to be reviewed by the administrator.
Also required is a rating system and feedback from the employees and employers.
The website will have to be able to process payments by a ecommerce management system like prestashop, magento, woocommerce, oscommerce or Authorize.net.
Mapping will also be required.
We are looking to have seamless integration of various plugins and some customization may be required.
The Site will also be able to notify Employees and Employers by text & email of impending work.
I have a Wordpress theme I would like to use - Quamax, but am open to suggestions.
