Looking for an Experienced and Motivated Virtual Team Member to Join My Growing Health and Wellness Business

I have a small specialty Physical Therapy and Wellness practice and need to improve my online visibility. I have started a video show and need an experienced video editor to take raw video, add text/graphics/effects etc to make a professional and captivating video. I need this video to be added to my Kajabi website and I also need it added into a Youtube channel (which needs to be created). I then would like the audio to be extracted and used for my podcast show. I would like to increase my social media marketing to lead to my Video show and podcast. I need more eyes on my stuff and I need more time creating it!

I also need help with creating landing pages/ opt-in pages etc in Kajabi for courses and memberships.

I am looking for someone that is willing to grow with me and the business. I am willing to consider pay increases and or bonuses with great work and high productivity. When I grow you can too!

I need someone that is willing and able to communicate regularly with me and can handle multiple tasks.

Requirements:
-Excellent written and oral communication skills
-Proficient in writing (show descriptions, notes, ad copy, landing pages etc)
-Stable internet connection and reliable communication
-Willing to learn and adapt to tasks that are needed at the time
-Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
-Responsible, detail oriented and a compassionate and fun personality
-Graphic design, video and podcast editing experience
-Proficiency in managing social media pages (page moderation, responding to comments, liking etc)
-Experience with Kajabi, Libysn, Trello, Dropbox, GoogleDrive, Social Media (Facebook, Instagram, Pinterest, Youtube, LinkedIN)

Not Required But Would Be Amazing:
-Social media marketing skills (facebook ads etc)

Pay:
Potential for pay increases and or bonuses with great work and high productivity!
Also will start part time 10-20 hours a week and could grow if you are the right fit and the business is growing
