Ignite Group is a performance-driven creative-focused social media agency for automotive retailers. We strive to make ads and content relevant so that car shoppers welcome it across multiple social platforms, including Facebook and Instagram.

The Role:

Ignite Group is currently looking for a highly motivated Junior Graphic Designer who is ready to hit the ground running and join our young high-achieving team. Working alongside our Ads Team and Senior Creative Designer, it will be your responsibility to take absolute pride in conceptualising and producing artwork that is both unique and should inspire and connect with car shoppers on Facebook and Instagram while ensuring it reflects our client’s brand. If you’re passionate about great design, have a sharp eye for attention to detail, and thrive working at a fast-pace then this could be for you!

Preferred Skills:

- Qualification in Graphic Design with experience in the industry
- Ability to use the Adobe Creative Suite with confidence, Photoshop in particular
- Pre-existing knowledge in designing for social media advertising favoured
- Demonstrate strong creative capabilities with great attention to detail
- Ability to deliver high quality and accurate artwork while meeting important deadlines
- Strong organisational, interpersonal, and communication skills (written and verbal)
- Assist the team with any necessary artwork revisions
- Adaptable and quick to learn new processes and tools
- Self-directed, goal-oriented, and flexible
