Customer Service Collection and Billing Representative

I run an online marketing agency and I'm seeking a Collections and Billing Specialist to follow up on past due accounts. The responsibilities will include:

- Handling customer inquiries
- Following up on past due accounts
- Helping arrange payment plans for past due accounts
- Answering questions in the Facebook group

The ideal candidate will be detail oriented and have strong interpersonal skills. Negotiation skills is a big plus! I'm looking for someone who will help get people out of default and put them on a payment plan. Excellent communication skills are required.
